Victoria is a psychologist who works with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of difficulties, including mood, anxiety, trauma, body image, and personality related disorders. She aims to provide a space for clients that can be containing during periods of hardship and instability, that will foster vulnerability and hope. To do this she prioritises a relaxed atmosphere and tailors her approach to each person’s individual needs and strengths, meeting them where they are at. She uses techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, among others. Victoria aims to empower each person to navigate life’s challenges in a safe environment that promotes acceptance and growth.
Throughout all this, Albert keeps an eye on helping patients individuate, which means helping them mature and find freedom as individuals, separate from unhealthy family dynamics, resolve childhood pains, thrive, enjoy, and find meaning in life.
