Clare’s approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, focusing on helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their struggles. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, empowering them to build resilience, challenge unhelpful patterns, and foster lasting change.

With a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology, Clare is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s transitions and challenges, drawing on a solid foundation of psychological development. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, to help clients develop psychological flexibility and adopt effective coping strategies.

Clare has experience working with clients facing a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, mood-related concerns, perinatal mental health, grief and loss related to infertility and reproductive health treatments, pelvic and chronic health conditions, as well as challenges linked to stress, burnout, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and life or career transitions.
