Dr Maddie Brygel

I am a Melbourne-based psychologist, with a doctorate in both clinical and forensic psychology. I also work as a lecturer at Monash University in post-conflict studies.

I came to psychology because I believe that each mind is like an entire world. I think that taking the time to more deeply explore the inner worlds of ourselves and others can bring life-long benefits.

I work with people experiencing a range of emotional, psychological and life challenges, including mood difficulties, relationship concerns, grief and addiction.

I also have a particular interest in supporting health professionals, including paramedics, doctors and nurses.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, and enjoy running and ocean swimming.
