As a registered psychologist, I aim to provide both compassion, and clinical expertise to the work I do with individuals and couples. My practice is grounded in Schema TherapyEMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and Couples Therapy, offering an integrated approach to healing that honours both emotional depth and practical change. I utilise a deliberate goals focussed practice and I aim to provide my clients with the outcomes they seek.

I work with people who are often carrying long standing emotional wounds — perhaps shaped by difficult early experiences, painful relationship patterns, or trauma that still lingers in the present. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true selves and relationships. They may be repeating patterns they don’t fully understand but long to change.

My therapeutic style is relational, collaborative, and attuned. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself becomes the vehicle for transformation. It is here  we can begin to explore your emotional world with honesty and compassion. Together, we uncover the unmet needs beneath old patterns, while strengthening the inner resources and self-understanding needed for change

I utilise Schema Therapy, to identify the core beliefs and modes that shape your emotional experience — and gently challenge the ones that no longer serve you.

In Couples Therapy I help partners communicate more relationally, reconnect and rebuild trust through understanding one another’s deepest needs.

I also use EMDR to treat PTSD and complex trauma and provide a safe place where clients feel respected and deeply understood.

At the heart of my work is the belief that no matter how entrenched a pattern may feel, healing is possible. I want to support my clients in the process and challenges of change . Therapy is not just about relieving symptoms; it’s about creating a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.

It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they take this journey. I am continually inspired by the courage it takes to open up to growth, and move toward a future filled with possibility and hope.
