I have an interest in treating adults with trauma related disorders, depression, and anxiety. I can provide assessments for children and adults, and I have experience working with a variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy.

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centred, based on both professional training and life experience. I value collaborating on goals and outcomes, and I endeavour to provide a safe, warm, and validating space for my clients. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship developed with empathy and compassion is the foundation for meaningful change.
