As a registered psychologist, Meg brings an empathetic, warm and collaborative approach to therapy. She uses her inquisitive nature to foster connection and build a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. This helps to ensure all clients play an active role in their own therapeutic journey. 

Meg utilises a holistic and person-centred approach to therapy, helping to create a safe and supportive space for self exploration. Meg applies an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of different therapies. These include cognitive, behavioural and psychodynamic approaches, uniquely tailoring treatment to individual needs.

Meg has experience working with a variety of presentations including stress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal or relationship difficulties, trauma and life adjustments.
