I’m a registered Psychologist and qualified Social Worker with a passion for supporting people on their mental health journey.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in community organisations, government settings, and private practice with people from all walks of life, including First Nations people, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and the broader Australian community.

My style is calm, warm, client-centred and down-to-earth. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their inner worlds and make sense of the complexities of their lives. I believe in each person’s capacity for healing and growth, and I continuously pursue knowledge and personal growth to improve my practice.

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals affected by traumatic experiences, using a trauma-informed lens to guide their healing journey. Additionally, I have substantial experience in assisting individuals dealing with depressive symptoms, anxiety-related issues, loss, grief, and life transitions.

I hold two Master’s degrees, one in Social Work and another in Clinical Psychology. I’m an integrative, IFS-informed Psychologist, drawing on ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and mindfulness. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, as no two journeys are the same.

Being a psychologist is a humbling role and a valued part of my life. I feel honoured to walk alongside individuals in their journeys of recovery, healing, growth, and thriving. Outside of my professional role, I also enjoy reading, art, meditation, and spending quality time with loved ones and in nature.
