I am a registered Psychologist and qualified Social Worker with a genuine passion for helping individuals on their mental health journey. With a calm, gentle, warm, and authentic approach, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where my clients can explore their inner worlds and make sense of the complexities of their lives. I am deeply committed to my clients, and I continuously pursue knowledge and personal growth to enhance my practice. I firmly believe in the capacity for recovery and growth within each individual I work with.

As an integrative psychologist, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness techniques. I strongly believe in tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual, recognising that everyone’s path to healing is different.

Having worked extensively with diverse populations, including the LGBTQI+ community and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, I have gained a profound understanding of the challenges and experiences that my clients may face. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals affected by traumatic experiences, using a trauma-informed lens to guide their healing journey. Additionally, I have substantial experience in assisting individuals dealing with depressive symptoms, anxiety-related issues, loss, grief, and life transitions.

I hold two Master’s degrees, one in Social Work and another in Clinical Psychology. In addition to my work at Psychology Care, I also provide consultations, professional training, and guidance to other mental health practitioners as a Senior Practitioner at the Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Trauma.

Beyond the professional realm, being a psychologist is a deeply meaningful calling for me. I feel honoured to walk alongside individuals in their journeys of recovery, healing, growth, and thriving. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, art, meditation, and spending quality time with loved ones, including my beloved fur babies.
