Ricki is a warm and welcoming psychologist who creates a safe space for clients to explore, understand and navigate the challenges they are experiencing. Ricki has a compassionate and non-judgemental approach, which helps her create the strong therapeutic relationships that form the basis of effective therapy. She draws from evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, depending on the unique needs and goals of each client. She has worked in university-based and private practice with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, grief and interpersonal issues. Ricki is passionate about empowering clients to better manage their distress, enhance their wellbeing and move toward their life goals.
